When does VIP admission begin?

VIP admission starts at 2:00 PM. An I.D. check is required and begins at 1:30 PM. No one under 21 is allowed, including babies and small children.

When does General Admission (GA) begin?

GA admission starts at 4:00 PM. An I.D. check is required and begins at 3:30 PM. No one under 21 is allowed, including babies and small children.

Should I bring my printed tickets?

No need to print tickets. They can be scanned from your smartphone.

Are tickets transferable and refundable?

Tickets are transferable but non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

What does the ticket price include?

All food and beverages are included in the ticket price for both GA and VIP tickets.

What items are prohibited at the event?

• Outside food and alcohol
• Bikes, chairs, coolers, and skateboards
• Pets (only service dogs allowed)
• Smoking and vaping

Is Asada Fest a 21+ event?

Yes, the event is strictly 21+. No exceptions.

Can I re-enter the festival if I leave?

No, there is no re-admission or "in-outs" allowed.

Will there be enough food and beverages for everyone?

Vendors are encouraged to bring plenty of food, but they may run out. The festival is not responsible for this and will not provide refunds or exchanges.

Are pets allowed at the festival?

No, pets are not allowed due to health regulations. Only service dogs are permitted.

Will there be parking available?

Parking can be challenging. It's recommended to use Uber or Lyft. If driving, plan for parking at nearby lots, such as 7th and Mateo St, 7th St between Wilson St and Mateo St, Mateo St and Violet St, or The ROW. You may choose to take the Metro to the Little Tokyo / Arts District Station. It's a 5-minute rideshare drive to Rolling Greens.
